Return Policy

 

Returns initiated within 15 days from the date you receive your Thang are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our return policy below.  Issuance of a Return Authorization (RA) number from Thang indicates return initiation.

  • All returns must be in new, unused condition, complete with all instructions, warranty cards, parts and attachments you received with Thang.

  • When you contact us for an RA number, you will be given specific instructions on returning  Thang.

  • RA numbers are not issued for Thangs that are not in new, unused condition and free from damage of any kind. 

  • If the returned Thang associated with an issued RA number is not returned in new unused condition and free from damage, no refund will be issued and the return will not be accepted.

  • If the returned Thang is missing parts, or attachment or is otherwise  incomplete, or it is not accompanied by a RA number,   the higher of the retail value of the missing parts or attachments or a restocking fee of $175 will be deducted from the refund.

  • Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.

  • We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers or individuals.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after Thang as been received and inspected. Typically, this will be within 10 business days.
