To convert a Tailgate Thang to a Yak Thang with 4” yak rails, remove the side rails of the Tailgate Thang (if installed), loosen the 80 Quart Carry All from the Gen 2 platform using the four star knobs in the bottom of the Carry All and sliding the Carry All off the platform, then slide each 4” rail onto the Gen 2 platform using the T-rail bolts secured to the 4” Yak rails provided in the Yak Thang Conversion Kit - 4”. Then mount the Yak Thang handle to the Gen 2 platform using the bolts, washers and nuts provided in the kit and two 1/2” wrenches.
